Proud to officially announce this Memorandum of Understanding between Orange Business and TERNWAVES. This collaboration combines Orange Business expertise in networks, integration and operational deployment with TERNWAVES' patented Direct-to-Device technology and associated services. Together, we will demonstrate & deploy resilient communication services addressing the needs of Defense, Security and critical infrastructure stakeholders. What makes this initiative particularly exciting is its ability to leverage existing satellite infrastructures already in operation, creating new opportunities for sovereign and resilient communications without waiting for future satellite constellations to be deployed. While current activities focus on European satellite infrastructures, the same approach can be extended to other regions of the world seeking to strengthen their technological sovereignty by leveraging their own national or regional satellite assets. At a time when resilience, sovereignty and operational continuity have become strategic priorities worldwide, we believe innovation and cooperation are essential to deliver trusted communication capabilities for governments, defense organizations and critical infrastructure operators.
