I am absolutely thrilled that Spencer Group has been named Recruitment / Executive Search Firm of the Year at the EducationInvestor Awards 2025. This recognition means a great deal, and I couldn’t be prouder of our brilliant team and the incredible clients and partners we’re lucky to work with every day. A heartfelt congratulations to the wonderful Anita GLEAVE on receiving the Outstanding Contribution award. An inspiring and richly deserved honour for someone who has done so much to shape the sector. Also fantastic to see Cairneagle recognised once again, finalists in both Consultant of the Year – Strategy and Consultant of the Year – Deal-making. Consistently excellent. We’re reminded every day of the impact this sector has, but it’s something special to pause and celebrate it with so many passionate and committed people in one room. Thank you to the wonderful guests at our table. I’m truly grateful you made the journey to join us, it was a privilege to share the evening with such an inspiring group.
