Sales Manager at Databricks I Ex-Microsoft

After almost six years at Microsoft, it’s time to close this chapter and begin a new one. I'm deeply thankful for this journey—for the people I've met, the lessons learned, and the opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. As an Enterprise Account Executive, I had the privilege of steering account teams and partnering with some of Microsoft's largest Austrian customers to drive innovation and transformation. This role put me at the forefront of quantum shifts: I joined just before COVID hit and saw customers adapt overnight to 100% remote work with Teams; more recently, I've been part of the incredible shift as AI began transforming how we work. Being at the forefront of these changes with my customers and account teams wasn't just about technology buzzwords—it was about solving real challenges, driving impact, and seeing transformation happen firsthand. Along this journey, I learned so much from exceptional leaders and colleagues who shaped the way I think about leadership, IT, sales, and teamwork. Reflecting back, building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues has been the most rewarding part of it all. To my managers, mentors, teammates, and customers—thank you for your trust, support, and partnership over the years. You've made this journey truly special.
