About 6 years ago, I invested a lot of time in researching what further training I could attend, that would support my growing as consultant. I found some nice offerings, but no program did really feel right. I was looking for something based on a systemic understanding but very practical & business oriented. More than 2 days but still affordable. From an organization with a lot of experience but still state-of-the-art. I did not find something like that. From that moment on I could not get rid of the thought... why are we not offering something? 5 years later ... sometimes a good idea needs some time to grow ... we did it. We opened up our internal Change Academy last year for the first time to external participants, sharing all of our knowhow with them. And it was amazing. The feedback from our very first external participant showed us, that it was the right decision. Having the same thought as I did 6 years ago? Have a look into the program, the academy starts again this september. Although we have already a quite complete group for 2026, we can accept 2 more applications!
