I'm beyond grateful to announce the successful completion of my graduation project from the joint program between Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and Cairo University! The project disused the main threats facing the health insurance line in Egypt , especially frauds, Which might’ve led to a huge amount of losses not just to the insurance companies, but to the health system as a whole! We recommended 7 different strategies that could be implemented in order to control fraud in health insurance, We started by contacting different insurance companies including Sarwa Life, Allianz, Misr Life Insurance and GIG Egypt and surveying them about the frauds they’ve been facing currently , and how are they controlling them! then we recommended 7 solutions , on which we made sure are realistic enough to implement to the market. The 7 solutions went under a strict feasibility study and the best solution was selected. Throughout this project, I've learnt a diverse set of skills including teamwork, negotiation, presentation, researching, excel, time management but mainly communication skills! . I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Dalia sami for her constant support and mentorship throughout this project. Lastly I would like to say how thrilled I am to start a new chapter in my life!
