Yesterday I sent interview requests to 12 people for a role that opened last Wednesday. I don’t believe in waiting for weeks to find that one “perfect” match. I reviewed profiles on LinkedIn and immediately reached out to those who looked like a good fit. If I come across your profile and see potential, I’d rather reach out to you than keep waiting for that one Spot-on candidate. I don’t leave my roles open for weeks just to keep sourcing endlessly. If you showed interest when I reached out, the least I can do is move quickly and give you clarity. What matters to me is: - Respecting candidates' time - Moving quickly once interest is shown - Providing clarity instead of silence Recruiting doesn’t have to be a waiting game. Timely communication changes everything.
