What a fantastic year it has been! I'm incredibly proud of everything we have achieved together and of the transformation our school has undergone. None of it would have been possible without the passion, resilience and commitment of our amazing senior leadership team, staff and students. A special thank you to Outcomes First Group for their unwavering support, investment and belief in our vision. Working for an organisation that genuinely understands the complexity of SEMH education—and is committed to giving schools the resources and trust to make a real difference—is something I never take for granted.
