📢 We are very pleased and proud to share our new review article, “Update on Sepsis Treatment.” In this review, we present our perspective on how sepsis should be managed, proposing a precision medicine framework based on the identification of biological endotypes and treatable traits. We explore the transition from uniform treatment strategies toward a more personalized approach, integrating immune and endothelial dysfunction, biomarkers, individualized hemodynamic support, immunomodulatory therapies, and extracorporeal blood purification.
