In sport, as in life, you cannot bypass the pain if you want the growth. After losing the 2025 Football Canada Cup gold medal game in a heartbreaking overtime thriller, we didn’t try to mask the disappointment. As a program, we allowed ourselves to feel the full spectrum of emotions from the raw anger of coming so close, to the heartbreak of the final whistle, and the joy of the process and the brotherhood built along the way. Suppressing those emotions doesn't build resilience; processing them and channeling them into the work does. 🛡️ Over the past year, each rep, film session, and practice has been fuelled by that emotional blueprint. We aren't rebuilding from scratch but have chosen to grow and evolve. This footage captures exactly that—the raw feelings, the heartbreak, and the ultimate joy of last year's journey. It’s a reminder that every bit of adversity we face is just an opportunity to leave this program better than we found it. 🍁 🎥 Primo Productions #ALLIN #LeaveItBetter #Excellence #Alignment #Resilience #Grit #HighPerformance #ProcessOverOutcome #AthleteDevelopment Anastasios Tommy Kanichis Joe Cappiello Jean-Philippe (JP) Asselin Donnavan Carter Irv Daymond Morgan Burkett Matthew Deans Daniel Legros Greg Powles
