A big shout out to our colleagues at JTI Slovakia for a truly inspiring volunteering initiative that supports disadvantaged women to enter or return to the workforce.   Their workshops offer practical job search support and rebuild participants' confidence, hope and belief in what’s possible.   With over half of participants now in employment, thank you to Lydia and local partner Sociálne Bývanie n.o. for their efforts in making a real difference to these women's lives.   #Volunteering #CommunityInvestment #LifeatJTI
