I've only glanced at this so far and realized it is going to be quite the article to digest. I am looking forward to diving into the details. My former colleagues at U.S. Army DEVCOM Army Research Laboratory should really consider taking a look at this, especially considering any interest or efforts towards multi-echelon #C2 with human AI co-development and deployment through that decision making process the Army loves to talk about ....
