Excited to share that I’ve joined OneSolve as Director of Client Solutions & AI! I’ve worked with Prafulla Patil before, and I’ve always been impressed by his vision and ability to connect the dots across strategy, systems, and execution. So when he told me what OneSolve was building, I didn’t hesitate. At OneSolve, we’re solving the hard, unglamorous problems - AI implementation with real data gaps, broken cross-functional workflows, underutilized platforms, and the “messy middle” of enterprise systems. And we’re doing it with a mix of advisory and hands-on execution. What drew me in is the team’s mindset. Prafulla and I aren’t lifelong consultants. We’ve run systems from the inside at companies like Box, Mapbox, LinkedIn, Atlassian. We know what it means to own the outcomes, not just deliver the slides. That’s the difference I see at OneSolve. Whether it’s helping a public company reimagine its AI strategy or building a more scalable revenue stack, we lead with practical, operator-first thinking.
