This year, our Krzeszów, Poland, manufacturing plant is proud to celebrate its 30th anniversary. When the site began operations in 1996, few could have imagined that Krzeszów would become such an important point on the map of global automotive safety. Over the past three decades, products made here have found their way into millions of vehicles worldwide. Some numbers that reflect both the scale and the responsibility of the plant: - 100 million seat belts produced - 30 million seat belt buckles produced - 1 million side curtain airbags produced Behind every component is precision, care, and dedication, because what we make truly matters. We don’t just manufacture parts. Every seat belt and every buckle that leaves the facility has the potential to save a life. We recognize and thank every employee on the production line, in logistics, in the office, and in maintenance. Their daily work has built this plant’s reputation and success. Last Saturday, the JSS Krzeszów team celebrated a special event at Aqua-Zdrój Hall in Wałbrzych. It was a wonderful day filled with great energy, family-friendly activities, kids’ zones, music, and time together as one Joyson team. We were also honored to welcome special guests and business partners. During the celebration, congratulations on the plant’s 30th anniversary were officially presented to Plant Director Marcin Gałka by Joerg Hannsen, Vice President EMEA HR. Thirty is a remarkable age: mature enough to learn from the past, and strong enough to face the future with confidence. The automotive industry is evolving quickly, with electrification and new safety technologies ahead, and Krzeszów is ready for what’s next.
