📢 We’re hiring at a16z speedrun! We’re looking for someone to own and expand our global investor ecosystem. This is a role that blends network-building, program design, and data-driven strategy all in one. You'll be working with me, Andrew Lee, Andrew Chen, Peter Blackwood, Doug McCracken, Robin Guo, Samira Behrouzan and the rest of the SR team. This isn’t just another “platform” role. You will: 🎤 Represent Speedrun to top investors across stages and sectors  🗓️ Design capital programs that actually drive funding outcomes for founders (think small-group summits, private dinners, sector showcases) 🤝 Partner with founders on fundraising strategy, narrative, and investor targeting We want someone with investor magnetism, ecosystem fluency, and an operator’s mindset; someone who can bring context and not just coverage.
