I am profoundly happy. Today I officially launch my own Executive Leadership Coaching practice: Arete Pursuits. If you have worked with me, you know my passion for coaching and mentoring others. I decided to make this passion my full-time career. I bid a bittersweet farewell to my Ellucian family last week, although I hope to continue that partnership in my new capacity! My mission is to accelerate the growth of technology leaders. I will work with leaders at all levels, from senior executives to newly promoted managers, and across all areas of the organization. My initial focus is on technology firms and higher education leaders.
