Navigating the usual wave of "regret to inform you" automated emails. Patiently waiting for updates from interviews that feel like a phenomenal fit. It’s a balancing act. While it can be tempting to jump at the first green light, I am intentionally holding out for the opportunity where professional growth meets family alignment.
