Camden NJ is a success story about everything that is right about good government. While I manage the Brownfields Development Program in Perth Amboy, I watched with sincere admiration as retired NJDEP managers Frank McLaughlin and Bill Lindner, working with still active OBRR managers like Tony Findley, created a model partnership in Camden with faith leaders, developers, and County government. Their overriding goal was to find creative ways to redevelop blight and encourage smart new development, leveraging State resources with public and private money. These folks did good…real good. See the referenced NYT piece highlighting what was accomplished. https://lnkd.in/eR8kWpQ5
