#breakthebias everyday. When a woman is not in the decision making room, acknowledge it. change it. When someone is speaking ill of a woman, stop it. refute it. When credit isn't given to the woman who did the work, speak up. give the credit. When a woman is being sexualized in the workplace, stop it. report it. Don't ask a woman to smile, to be nice or more feminine. Woman don't exist for your comfort, pleasure or validation. Women live for themselves. #breakthebias beyond #IWD.
