CEO in Sharry, people & workplace

I don’t think I’m particularly good at hiring. But every now and then, I get it right. Sarah is one of those cases. A few years ago, I came across Sarah’s profile on LinkedIn and immediately thought she could be a great fit for Sharry. We met in New York, but at the time she was happily working at another company. So we kept trying to convince her that joining Sharry would be the right move. Eventually, she agreed. It only took about a year 🙂 When Sarah joined us, she didn’t have any experience in physical security or real estate. What she did have was an open mind and a genuine drive for innovation. She started in sales, but quickly became one of the key faces of Sharry, not only with our clients, but also with our channel and technology partners. This year she was recognized as one of the Women in Security Forum Power 100, by the Security Industry Association, a very well-deserved achievement. As Sharry continues to expand across North and South America, we are continuing to strengthen our local team. I recently moved to Washington, DC, we welcomed a new Delivery Manager based in Florida, and we are actively looking for a new colleague in Mexico City. With this growth, I am excited to announce that Sarah is taking on a role of VP of Americas, where she will lead Sharry’s operations and growth across North and South America 🌎
