Unintentionally hit $1m ARR* within 12 months. To get there we've created: - the world's fastest bowl assembly robot from scratch - the world's only 3-in-1 restaurant + robo-lab + central production kitchen - breakthrough processes and experiments in food-safe 3D printing (and a million other things only restauranteurs would understand such as breaking London's record by moving into a commercial unit within 2 weeks of viewing and fitting it out within 1.5 months) It all started when April last year Junaid Hussain from HodlCo convinced me to stop everything else to focus on shipping something absolutely crazy at immense speed. I was sold and together we invested a total of $500k to create KAIKAKU in May. Today we've 90% proven our thesis: same floor space and operational simplicity of a small cafe but sell fresh bespoke bowls at <1min each using "Fusion", our patent-pending robot, and a suite of AI systems.
