Becoming a father didn’t add to my life, it redefined it. I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without my son, Oliver. I’ve gotten a greater sense of purpose, a deeper appreciation for what matters most, and the motivation to become a better man every single day. I got back late last night from an important customer onsite, and despite the travel and long hours, there was nowhere else I would rather be than here celebrating my son’s accomplishments. No meeting, trip, or professional achievement could ever compare to being present for the moments that matter most. Many of the goals I’ve achieved, the challenges I’ve overcome, and the growth I’ve experienced have been driven by the desire to set an example for him. He reminds me that success isn’t just measured by personal accomplishments, but by the impact we have on the people who look up to us. Watching him grow, learn, and achieve things he’s worked hard for fills me with a level of pride that’s difficult to put into words. Being his father is my most important title, and it’s one I carry with gratitude every day.
