It’s been about a week since getting back from ClickUp SKO in San Diego, and I’ve been thinking about it a lot. These moments always hit differently. You step away from the day to day, get everyone in the same room, and the vision becomes a lot clearer. What stood out to me this time is how much we’ve grown, but also how much opportunity is still ahead of us, especially in LATAM. We’re working with complex organizations, long cycles, and real transformation projects. It’s not easy, but that’s exactly what makes it exciting. Grateful for the team, the conversations, and the direction we’re heading. Now it’s time to go build.
