Hospitality Executive | Head of Airport Lounge Operations, North America | 20+ Years Creating Exceptional Guest Experiences & Providing Operational Excellence
It’s not everyday day you get the opportunity to be part of opening a venue in New York City, a lifelong professional aspiration of mine🗽 For the past two and half years, our team at Aspire Executive Lounges have been working behind the scenes in close collaboration with JetBlue toward the opening of their very first lounge. Yesterday, that vision officially became a reality with the opening of Bluehouse at JFK Terminal 5 ✈️ This project represents an incredible amount of time, pride and dedication. I had the privilege of leading my first U.S project which included contract negotiations, guidance throughout the build-out and supporting the curation of the Food & Beverage program, ultimately setting the foundation to oversee the operations of this art-deco, NYC apartment-inspired lounge 🛋️ A heartfelt thank you to my Swissport colleagues for their unwavering support and commitment. This was truly a collective team effort and I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together: Nick Ames François Morin Jessica Ekard Kelle Hamilton Tolly Savile Rajveer B. Myles Perry 🙏 Finally, I am sincerely grateful to the team at JetBlue for the trust, partnership and opportunity to be part of this journey. Thank you for welcoming my team and I as an extension of yours, we truly feel like honorary B6 members. Special thanks to the following people (past & present) for their continued support: Christopher Kemmerer Vasileas Galanis Michael Fier Michiel Arnouts Mabel Herrera Chris Hume Tara Casaceli Jenny Simon Abigail Sookdeo Jeisson Parra Ciara Cordasco Sven S. Carson Au Edward Pouthier Stephanie Evans Greene and many more. 🤍 Just in time for the holidays, enjoy Bluehouse and stay tuned for more exciting developments in 2026 😉 #swissport #aspire #airportlounges #executivelounges #jetblue #bluehouse #jfk #grateful #newyorkcity #hospitality #aviation
