🚀 What will the future of sales look like in Europe? Last week, I had the privilege of representing Wanzl Group at the kick-off of European Centers of Excellence for Professional Selling - ERCULES , a European funded initiative bringing together universities and industry partners to shape the future of professional selling. As markets, technologies, and customer expectations continue to evolve, sales roles are changing faster than ever. This makes collaboration between academia and industry more important than ever before. That is why I am particularly excited that Wanzl GmbH (including the support of my great colleagues and management-Team including Nataša Jočić, Stefan Huemer Jürgen Frank, Andreas Starzmann Renzhofer Bernd support this project), together with Noè Perniola and Prof. Dr. Alexander Kracklauer from the Sales and Sustainable Business Institute (Hochschule Neu-Ulm), is part of this journey as representatives of Germany. At Wanzl, innovation is not only about developing products and solutions. It is also about continuously developing people, competencies, and future-ready roles. Through SALES COVE, we have the opportunity to contribute practical industry expertise while collaborating with partners across Europe to define the skills, competencies, and learning approaches that will shape the next generation of sales professionals. The kick-off was a great reminder that the future of sales will not be built by individual organizations alone, it will be created through collaboration, shared knowledge, and a willingness to challenge existing approaches.
