Commercial Account Sales Supervisor at Softchoice

I’m honored to share that I’m officially part of Softchoice’s President’s Club & Platinum Club!   In my first year as a supervisor, there were certainly ups and downs, and a lot of learning along the way. But what truly made the difference was the incredible team I had beside me. My phenomenal reps worked hand‑in‑hand with me as we navigated a new hardware‑focused direction, rolled up our sleeves, and pushed our sales motions forward with determination.   Together, we surpassed every target, finishing the year at 131% of my hardware plan, 129% of my software plan, and 115% of my cloud plan. I owe a huge part of this accomplishment to Sarah (Monks) Bizzarro and Real Denault, whose leadership, guidance, and belief in me were instrumental in my growth and in my opportunity to step into this role. They continually showed me what it means to lead with empathy, put my reps first, and help people rise.   I’m incredibly excited to join our top performers in Scotland this spring. Here’s to continued growth, learning, and success!
