Program Lead Physiotherapy
Travelling home after an inspiring, joyful, and rich World Physiotherapy Congress 2025. We dived deep into tensions and dilemmas, with dynamic ethics as our companion. It was a venture of becoming with—with colleagues, the city, diverse cultures, friends, layered knowledges, (in)justices, and above all: generous, giving conversations. I met people from across the globe—old friends and new. Conversations took unexpected turns. I was taken off balance. Stirred. Awakened. These are the desirable difficulties we long for in learning—moments that move us beyond performance, inviting us to leave comfort zones and to embrace becoming. As Mike Landry beautifully said: Together, we became this “inspiration of physiotherapists.” It was a pleasure and privilege to witness relationality in action—as an ecological praxis, moving toward a more just, caring, and sustainable world. A heartfelt thank you to all who made this shared space possible.
