We were honoured to sponsor this year’s Women in Engineering Conference. Women from across Jones attended and participated in the empowering event, swapping advice, experience, and anecdotes about the joys and difficulties of working in a male dominated industry. Engineering Intelligence, this year’s Women in Engineering Day theme, isn’t inspired by gender alone. It’s brought through experience, determination and hard work.
