As part of our continued partnership with TrailblazHER™ at TU Dublin, we were delighted to attend the Jobs of the Future Festival at TU Dublin Computer Science Blanchardstown in May. Through the Future Trailblazers TY Programme, students are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world of work. A group of our female engineers shared their career journeys with 300 female TY students, offering real insight into careers in engineering and encouraging more young women to consider a future in STEM. A fantastic event, and a powerful reminder of the importance of representation and early engagement.
