The Loewen Kruse CPA team got together last Friday to celebrate the end of the traditional "busy season" in our line of work. Our team is dedicated to doing good work, and it is always rewarding to spend time together (and pass on an extremely tall trophy...) after a really focused stretch delivering great service for our clients. It has also been rewarding to help lead the team and the work in a way that minimizes personal disruptions through the busy season. We are proud of our craft and equally proud to do this in a sustainable way! There were certainly some busier weeks, but our T1 team had no extra workdays and our entire team averaged single-digit total overtime hours across the season. We couldn't be more grateful for the team and clients that make it happen each year.
