"No one gets here alone". That’s the clearest thought in my mind as I share this: 👉 I’ve been promoted to Partner at BCG — and it’s only possible because of the people who shaped, pushed, and supported me along the way. I owe deep thanks to many. Just to name a few: • To Isa Brand, my partner in crime. • To my family and friends, for the foundation — and the fuel. • To Uwe Schmock and Pavel Shevchenko, for nurturing my academic curiosity that still proves useful every day. • To Anselm Fleischmann and Aristid Neuburger, for your deep actuarial mentorship — your early belief mattered more than you probably knew. • To Martin Donald Murray and Walter Reinl, who encouraged me to consider BCG in the first place — conversations that quietly changed the course of things. • To my mentors over the years at BCG — Sven Lixenfeld, Dr. Jan Peter Schmütsch, Anastasios Panagiotou, Annik Penders, Karolien Gielen, Theo Fowinkel, Stefan Bleyhl, Davide Corradi, Bartlomiej M., Lionel Corre, Christian (Chris) Schmid, Heike Dorninger, Angelo Candreia, Karl Werner, Daniel Feldkamp, and many more — thank you for your guidance, generosity, and example. • To all my amazing (former) colleagues and team members — Karl Ulrich, Jochen Wieland, Hubertus Reinprecht, Felix Gräber, Philip Lindenhayn, Christopher Bauer, Christoph Stadler, Laura-Marie Niemann, Cari Marie Dongus, Sarah Van Miegroet, Killian Rongé, Laura Rochdi, Laurent Dath, Lode Lancksweerdt, Alexander Nicolas Haindl, Maria Papacharalampous, Michaela Wallmann, Halil GUVENC, Jens Wiesbaum, and many more — who bring energy, heart, and laughter to every challenge. • And to my clients, for your trust and the opportunity to work together on problems that matter. …And finally, to the small moments that stuck — the passing comment, the unexpected support, the quiet example of leadership. Those moments matter. They shape more than we think. With deep appreciation, I step into this new role. And I hope to do for others what so many have done for me.
