I had the pleasure of visiting our Yunex team in Portugal earlier this month. Yunex Portugal is a great microcosm of Yunex overall with great customers for our urban solutions as well as multiple projects for our Tolling & Infrastructure Solutions business. As with many of our Yunex countries, our partnerships are an important part of our success and, in Portugal our key partners which include Via Verde, Ascendi and Teixeira Duarte have not only been a source of key customer wins but also form an important part of our growth strategy going forward.    I was also impressed by the skills and dedication of #TeamYunexTraffic in Portugal. Not only do we have knowledgeable, motivated employees who have been with the business for years but we have had the pleasure of attracting both external and internal talent as the business has grown over the last year. While I appreciate both, I particularly love how growing geographies within Yunex provide career opportunities to ambitious employees who yearn to learn and grow (as well as provide a great lifestyle in a beautiful country with a lot of sunshine, good food, and friendly people.)    My thanks to the Yunex Portugal and Tolling & Infrastructure teams for their warm welcome and for making the visit possible including Jorge da Silva Cunha, EMBA, Pedro Carreira, the local management team, Holger Erhardt, and Nikolaus Stieldorf.
