🚨UK executives are flying blind in the AI revolution. Our new research reveals a significant perception gap: 59% of leaders believe their teams use AI daily, but only 42% of employees report doing so. This proves that executives lack visibility into their own operations. This blind spot exists because many organisations have relied on tool access, rather than a coordinated AI strategy. While executives and employees are eager to transform, they’re being held back by a lack of guidance. The appetite for change is clear: 85% of leaders and 78% of employees agree that frequent, structured training is essential to keep pace with the AI revolution. To bridge this gap, businesses must move away from informal experimentation and toward applied learning that embeds technical capability into the heart of every role. The companies that lead will be those that turn this shared ambition into measurable productivity through workforce-wide upskilling.
