Over 1 million young people in the UK aren't in education, employment, or training. It's a crisis. But it's also something else – the largest pool of untapped talent in the country. So many of those young people who are motivated, digitally fluent, and ready to work. The biggest problem isn't the talent. It's that the system hasn't made it easy enough for employers to reach it. Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. Multiverse has spent nearly a decade building pathways into work for young people – 5,500 under-25s through our programmes, and partnerships with over 1,500 employers. In the last three months, we've had countless conversations about what employers need to create more jobs for young people. The picture those conversations give us is consistent: employers want to hire young people, but they're held back by cost, complexity, and the absence of programmes that give young people the foundational skills they need in the AI era. This September, we’re stepping up and launching an AI-first early talent programme built for young people – designed around what employers tell us they actually need from day one 💪 Want to be part of it?
