How can AI help to get care home residents the medication they need? 🩺 For those on multiple medications, prescription reviews are complex processes. Valuable time is spent tracking down the resident’s medical history, medication lists, blood results, and observations to optimise treatment. So, we helped a Pharmacist build a CoPilot-based agent that compiled that information automatically, slashing review time from 1 hour to 15 minutes – a 75% reduction 📉 But that's not all. Transcription errors fell dramatically, and staff burnout was reduced, all thanks to a more efficient process.
