Menopause in the workplace. Let’s talk about it. According to Alloy Health, our partners and go-to experts in this space: 60–85 million women in the US are in perimenopause or menopause, and fewer than 3,000 certified practitioners exist to help them. 73% of working women ages 40–60 report symptoms related to this hormonal transition, 59% say it negatively impacts their work performance. For women at the height of their executive careers, this gap in care creates an invisible strain. In an insightful conversation, Alloy Health co-founder Anne Fulenwider joined Chief CEO Alison Moore in NYC last week to talk midlife health, the workplace, and why naming what you're going through changes everything. Drawing from their vantage points leading organizations at the intersection of women’s health and women’s leadership, they pulled back the curtain on their personal journeys. The consensus? It’s time to move past the clinical isolation. 👇 Let’s start the conversation right here: How can organizations better "make space for the humanness" of their leaders? How is your workplace addressing or normalizing hormonal health? Share your thoughts below.
