One of the great days of recruiting and hiring at Omaha Public Power District. This is day 1 of 3 for our apprentice line tech boot camp. 42 invited for 8 spots. Over the next 3 days, recruits will go through performance based assessments that measures their technical competency, critical thinking, and behavioral alignment with OPPDs core values. What you're looking at here is part of the climbing series... Recruits are showing off the ability to perform unders/overs, grounding, and pole rescues. High quality instruction and competition.
