One Johnson Celebration Creating Our Future Together – Delivering Excellence On Time The One Johnson Celebration (OJC) was a resounding success, filled with laughter, connection, and a strong sense of community empowerment. Across all our global locations in over 20 countries, colleagues united to honor achievements, strengthen bonds, and celebrate the spirit of One Johnson. Each site brought its own unique flair, recognizing the incredible contributions of our employees while inspiring the next generation through Junior Engineer workshops. The JEnerations activities extended our impact beyond the workplace, reinforcing our shared commitment to building a brighter future in the communities we serve. Family Day events organized by some locations created special opportunities for families to connect with our culture, share in the joy, and strengthen the sense of belonging across generations. Our DE&I initiatives deepened our culture of inclusion and belonging. Highlights included engaging sports activities such as pickleball, skipping rope, forest walks, badminton, marathons, and fun runs — encouraging wellness, teamwork, and shared experiences. Alongside these, special team lunches and dinners fostered memorable moments of togetherness, bringing colleagues closer as we celebrated milestones and strengthened bonds across the Johnson Electric family.
