The mission of Empower 225 (empower225.org) is to empower youth in our community who are at-risk of homelessness and dependency to reach their highest potential through education, career preparedness, life skills, housing and mentorship. I am participating in the 225 Challenge by running/walking 125 miles in 10 days (Aug 4-13). I am looking for 100 people to join me by doing a mile in ANY way (run, walk, bike, treadmill, etc.) so we can reach 225 miles together. I ask that you post your mile on your social media.
