Today marks my last day at Spencer Stuart. This was an incredibly difficult decision to make - stepping away from such a great company and such wonderful people. I can only be deeply grateful for my time with the firm. After more than eight years with two of the world’s leading executive search, leadership advisory, and organizational consulting firms, I’ve decided now is the right moment to take the first steps into my next chapter. More to come on that soon, but for now I simply want to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported me along the way — you know who you are! THANK YOU. We remain friends — life is short and sweet, and it’s the people we meet who make it so interesting.
