It has been a while since my last post but I wanna share a few reflections. I took my family on a self planned trip to Europe. If you have ever tried navigating tight train connections, unexpected delays, and platform changes with a family in tow, you know one thing to be absolute truth: What looks flawless on paper rarely survives first contact with ground execution. Ground factors change. You have to pivot, adapt, and stay resilient to reach the destination. This reality hits close to home where through changing times and evolving organizational landscapes, my commitment to staying on the ground for my customers and partners has never wavered. A massive thank you to my manager Gayathri Peria and my amazing teammates. Not only do they encourage me to be better every day but they also completely blindsided me with a surprise birthday celebration recently! Having a support system that celebrates you both professionally and personally is everything. To my network, customers, and partners, thank you for the continued trust. How do you handle the gap between a perfect plan and ground realities in your projects? Let’s catch up soon!
