Excited to share that I've officially started a new role as an IT Service Desk Associate (Infrastructure & Operations) at the Dean's Office, Lassonde School of Engineering at York University! 🎉 Having graduated from Lassonde just this past April, it's a full-circle moment to now be supporting the very same school that shaped my engineering journey, this time from the IT side. Looking forward to contributing to the infrastructure and operations that keep the faculty running, and continuing to grow in the I&O space.
