A Monday reminder for software product managers. It’s easy to fall into the routine of managing Jira tickets, addressing daily blockers, and tracking release dates. However, delivering a feature on time means little if it doesn't impact a business metric. The most effective engineering teams seek a PM who is more than just a facilitator of requirements. They want a partner who presents the customer problem, defines the business constraints, and collaborates on the solution. My goal is to develop software that truly drives business outcomes.
