Quality Assurance Professional | 26 Years Manufacturing & Quality Experience | GMP/cGMP Compliance | Chemical Manufacturing | Food / Beverage & pharmaceutical Quality | OSHA & Safety Compliance

After 20 years in manufacturing and 6 years in Quality Assurance, one lesson has remained constant: Quality isn’t created in the QA department. It’s created on the production floor, through training, accountability, communication, and a team that takes pride in doing things right the first time. Throughout my career in regulated manufacturing environments, I’ve learned that the best results come when Operations, Quality, and Safety work together toward the same goal. The most successful teams I’ve worked with weren’t just focused on meeting specifications—they were focused on continuous improvement and building a culture of ownership. Every day is an opportunity to improve a process, prevent an issue before it happens, and help a team perform at its best. What is the most important lesson you’ve learned about quality, manufacturing, or leadership during your career? #QualityAssurance #Manufacturing #ContinuousImprovement #Leadership #QualityManagement #OperationsManagement
