They own the core platform that Intercom and Fin run on. This isn’t a traditional “keep the lights on” infra org. Infrastructure is treated as a product: building opinionated platforms, automating toil, and using AI agents to take on more operational work. Over 90% of our pull requests are already created by Claude, with Ryan’s teams designing the systems, tooling, and guardrails that make this possible at scale.
