Most people will only see the finished product. What they won't see are the countless conversations, design decisions, testing cycles, workflow reviews, and operational planning sessions that make a successful launch possible. Healthcare is complex. Building a better member experience requires more than good technology. It requires product, engineering, operations, clinical teams, customer success, and member services all working toward the same outcome. That's what I see reflected in Gary Douville's post. This initiative represents a significant investment in how members interact with Revive, but it also reflects something broader about our culture.
