In agriculture, it becomes increasingly harder to find skilled operators, while expectations for comfort and efficiency continue to rise. So, we updated the 6M and 6R tractors to make everyday work a little easier. “We hear from customers that the small things add up over a long day,” said Cornelia Walde, Group Product Manager for Versatility Tractors. “A completely redesigned cab environment: improved visibility, and intuitive controls create a workspace that reduces fatigue and helps operators stay productive over long days. Combined with advanced cab suspension, every hour in the seat feels smoother, quieter, and more controlled.” We know that power still plays a big role in getting work done. “The new e19™ full powershift transmission is a big step forward for these machines,” Cornelia added. “It helps operators do more with less, with up to 5% gains in productivity while also helping reduce fuel use. That's a big deal! Smooth, efficient shifting through all gears without stopping, delivering across the broad range of customer applications in the field and during transport." And all of this work happens in Mannheim, Germany, our largest John Deere site outside North America and home of the 6 Series. And on a global scale, we continue this approach with updates to our 8R tractors from Waterloo, delivering enhanced comfort, greater efficiency, and advanced precision farming capabilities. #JohnDeereEurope
