Celebrations marking the third anniversary of the acquisition of the ex-Hamon Group operations in the United Kingdom. On this occasion, Charles-Edouard DELPIERRE, CEO Cooling, Chantal Dognin HRBP, and Jose Mares, Head of Customer Services for Spain and the UK, visited our John Cockerill Hamon UK team. With more than 100 years of expertise in wet cooling towers, our British entity specialized in cooling towers, covering both new builds and customer service, plays a key role in the development of our cooling business. The visit provided our management team the opportunity to meet the English teams and discuss their achievements and challenges, share the Cooling vision and the strategic direction. They also visited the Saltend Triton combined-cycle power plant in East Yorkshire, where John Cockerill Hamon UK has secured a service contract. The Saltend Triton site was a perfect example of operational excellence, with high-quality work carried out safely and professionally, full compliance with all safety regulations, well-organised execution, a highly satisfied client, and a cooling tower in outstanding condition following completion of the works. We took advantage of the visit to celebrate our colleague Steve Holmes, who was retiring from his role as Managing Director. It was the perfect opportunity to thank him for his commitment and contribution to the company’s development. Niell Strickland succeeds him in his management role. These valuable moments of exchange perfectly illustrate our shared ambition: One Team. One Ambition. Successful Together. #WeAreJohnCockerill #cooling #EnergyTransition #WetCooling
