Lately, I’ve been in several conversations with smart biotech investors that sound defeated, convinced the markets are broken and that there is no line of sight to biotech value creation. I understand the frustration. But I think we’re forgetting something essential: biotech is built on uncertainty, persistence, and the kind of belief that often looks irrational...until it isn’t. Some of the greatest therapies in medicine nearly didn’t make it. What if we’re giving up too soon on the next ones?
