Excited to share our latest publication with additional ALS validation data for the ki: intelligibility score, an objective clinically meaningful speech measure. This work shows that an automatic measure of intelligibility can sensitively track bulbar progression and overall disease severity, while remaining meaningful to patients and clinicians. The ki: SB-M intelligibility score demonstrates strong potential as a clinical outcome measure in ALS trials. https://lnkd.in/eUhBe-_6 Thanks to all co-authors Andreas Rouvalis, Felix Dörr, Louisa Schwed, Nicklas Linz, Alexandra König, Judith Machts, Stefan Vielhaber, Dr. Tabea Thies, Johannes Prudlo, Andreas Hermann & Elisabeth Kasper #ALS #DigitalHealth #SpeechBiomarkers #ClinicalTrials #Neurodegeneration
