SHOOTING WITH AN NBA FINALIST 📸🏀 Hey LinkedIn, ever heard of OG Anunoby? If you’re not deep into the basketball bubble, probably not. But that could change very soon, with the NBA Finals starting next week and basketball finally getting more media attention here again. 🇩🇪 📰 And OG Anunoby? He’ll be right in the middle of it all. As one of the key players for the NEW YORK KNICKS, who qualified for the Finals again last night for the first time in 27 (!!) years. Maybe just a small headline over here, while the Big Apple is absolutely going crazy right now. 🗽 So why am I telling you this? Because last year, I already had the chance to photograph Mr. Anunoby. In the summer, he signed with the Skneaker Brand Skechers, followed immediately by a marketing tour across Europe. During the stop in Frankfurt, there was a short time slot scheduled to create official portraits of him as a new Skechers athlete. 📸 For this, we prepared two setups: the outdoor courts of EZBBASKETBALL and another one inside the SKYLINERS training facility. What was originally planned as a two-hour production ended up being about 45 minutes of actual shooting time. Pretty typical in the sports world. Even back then, it was a huge honor for me to take on this project.
